A Teen's Brain on Sleep

A teenagers brain is an active and growing place. As a child develops into teens their sleep needs shifts and grow in ways that are unique to their age group. In this talk, we explain the sleep needs of teenagers, sleep problems that teenagers can have and how families can help their teens get a good nights sleep.
